Terms of Service
Commissioned works are for your personal uses only. For commercial inquiries or clarifications regarding use, please contact me through my e-mail.
I reserve the right for all of my artwork, but if you'd like for the commission to remain private, make sure to let me know in the request form.
The commissioned artwork cannot be used for non-fungible tokens (NFT's) or AI training.
The commissioned artwork can be used for icon/profile pictures with credit but please do not edit or alter it in any way other than cropping.
By submitting a request, you acknowledge that you have read, and accept the terms and conditions listed on this website.

Next opening will be in October.
PROCESS OUTLINE
Requests are not first come first serve.
The request form will be open until date TBA, after which I'll review all submitted requests send out notifications for acceptances.
Because I can take a long time to move down my queue, I will not ask for a payment until after I send you a rough sketch. Please make sure you provide an email which you check regularly.
Payment can be made through PayPal, Zelle (US), or Wise (Intl). An invoice will be issued regardless of payment method.
I am not accepting any kind of cryptocurrency as payment.
The piece will be completed within 1-2 week of payment received.
Refunds & Adjustments
All commissions are non-refundable once payment is received.
If you've changed your mind regarding your request, feel free to contact me at any point before I've sent you a sketch.
Upon receiving the sketch, you may request one major revision for changes you would like to see.
Once the artwork is completed, you may request one minor adjustment free of charge. Additional revisions from this point will incur additional fees.
MERCH Commissions

The commission will include 1 design + 1 physical copy of your merch.
Extra copies can be requested for an additional cost.
Items are expected to be shipped in July/August.
All designs are double-sided with minor adjustments between the two sides (change in expression, etc.)
Price listed is the base price per character. May increase due to complexity.
Single character requests preferred.
Expect designs to be simplified for charms.
Complex designs, props, mounts, etc. for full acrylic stands may cost an additional fee. Please refer to the "Additional Fees" section for more detail.
Shipping is included for US addresses. Non-US addresses will be charged an additional $15 to cover shipping.

Will be confirmed through email as amount may vary, but your invoice will reflect changes for the following:
Design work from text description or for alternative outfits
Complex details (i.e. FFXIV armor)
Mounts
Props
Difficult poses
Multiple characters
NON-US address (for shipping)

Filling out a form does NOT guarantee a slot. This is not first come first serve.
Please make sure to send in working links.
If you do not have image references, please provide ample description through text.
A copy of the form will be emailed to you upon completion, and can be edited at any time before the form is closed.
Please look at my regular gallery for types of character I prefer to draw as a reference for requests which are more likely to be accepted.
